1. About the Platform

Pharma Stock is a web-based inventory management system designed exclusively for pharmacies and medical stores. The platform assists users in managing medicine stock, batch numbers, expiry dates, and sales records.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• You must be legally authorized to operate a pharmacy or medical store.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed using your account will be considered your responsibility.

• Do not share your password with others.
• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised credentials.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

All inventory, sales, and customer data entered into the system remains the property of the respective shop owner. Pharma Stock does not sell or misuse user data.

• Each shop’s data is isolated using secure database mechanisms.
• We follow reasonable security practices but do not guarantee absolute security.

5. Inventory & Expiry Management

Pharma Stock provides tools such as batch-wise tracking and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) logic. However, the final responsibility of verifying medicine expiry and compliance lies with the shop owner.

6. Sales & Billing Responsibility

• The platform only records sales based on user input.
• Any incorrect billing or stock deduction due to wrong input is the user’s responsibility.
• Pharma Stock is not liable for regulatory violations by the user.

7. System Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times. However, downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or external factors.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system.
• Uploading false, misleading, or illegal data.
• Using the platform for purposes other than pharmacy management.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, source code, and system architecture belong to Pharma Stock. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pharma Stock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, data loss, or business interruption.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice.

12. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
